2. Brokerage & Commercial Terms
2.1 Commission Structure
Sale/Purchase Transactions: 2% brokerage fee.
Rental/Lease Transactions: Brokerage equivalent to 1–2 months’ rent, depending on the agreement.
2.2 Payment Terms
Brokerage fees become payable immediately upon execution of any legally binding agreement, including:
Sale Deed
Agreement to Sell
Rent Agreement
Lease Agreement
2.3 Non-Circumvention
Clients introduced through Property Master Vadodara shall not bypass our services to directly complete transactions with introduced parties for the purpose of avoiding brokerage or commission.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 KYC Compliance
Clients may be required to provide valid government-issued identification and address proof before certain transactions are processed.
3.2 Due Diligence
Buyers and tenants are responsible for independently verifying:
Property ownership
Legal title
Encumbrances
Government approvals
RERA registration (where applicable)
Property Master Vadodara recommends consulting legal professionals before completing any transaction.
3.3 Accurate Information
Property owners, sellers, and landlords must provide truthful and complete information regarding:
Property ownership
Property condition
Existing disputes
Pending legal matters
Approvals and permissions
